1. Booking and Confirmation

  • All bookings must be made in advance through our official website, email, or authorized agents.
  • A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email or voucher.
  • A deposit or full payment may be required to secure the booking.

2. Payment Terms

  • Prices are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) or as otherwise stated.
  • Payment can be made in cash, bank transfer, or PayPal, depending on the provider’s policy.
  • Full payment must be made before the start of the activity unless otherwise agreed.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Customer Cancellations:
    • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the activity start time are eligible for a full refund.
    • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the activity start time may incur a 50–100% cancellation fee.
  • Provider Cancellations:
    • We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or insufficient participants. In such cases, customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

4. Changes and Modifications

  • Requests to modify bookings must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled activity.
  • Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5. Health and Safety

  • Guests must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements at the time of booking.
  • Participants are responsible for ensuring they are fit to take part in the activities.
  • For certain tours (e.g., diving, trekking), specific health and safety conditions apply.

6. Travel Insurance

  • All guests are strongly advised to have comprehensive travel insurance covering accidents, health, cancellations, and personal liability.

7. Responsibility and Liability

  • We are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during the tour or activity, unless caused by our proven negligence.
  • Participants join all activities at their own risk.

8. Code of Conduct

  • Participants must follow the instructions of the guide or instructor at all times.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or who behaves in a disruptive or unsafe manner.

9. Force Majeure

  • We are not liable for any delay, change, or cancellation of activities due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or adverse weather.

10. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Indonesian courts.
